We encourage you to work directly with our team for efficient appointment scheduling. We will do our utmost to accommodate your appointment needs.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events can occur in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:

A 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer that time to someone else. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This fee must be settled prior to your next scheduled appointment.

Missed Appointments

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to miss their appointment will be categorized as a “no-show” and will be charged for their missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you are, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the treatment length provided, you will be responsible for the full session fee. Out of respect for your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and aim to arrive on time.
